the staff was friendly and helpful overall the hotel was acceptable
the room i received felt quite small there was no space for luggage the bathroom lacked basic amenities like conditioner and a shower cap also the self-service check-in was impersonal i prefer a personal touch after a long journey

The breakfast had lots of variety. Fresh fruit was available, including juices and smoothies. The hotel provides a complimentary mini bar with snacks. I had robes and slippers in my room.
The room was not sound insulated. I could hear noises from people next door.

the staff was very friendly and cute i found the lobby and bar area quite nice and wanted to spend time there my room was a decent size i booked the most basic room i will definitely return here
i observed a lack of sufficient cupboards or shelves in the room for organizing clothes it would improve the convenience for longer stays if there were more storage options available in the room
