the location is very close to the o2 arena a short walk made attending an event easy i found free parking available which was a great bonus the staff members were friendly and helpful the breakfast offered a good selection of options.
the corridor leading to the rooms was a bit narrow i found it slightly inconvenient when carrying luggage

The location was convenient. I found that the O2 was within easy walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff prepared it with care, and ingredients tasted very fresh.
The staircase was narrow. I found it difficult to carry my luggage up to my room. The television did not work consistently. I think the WiFi signal was too weak to support streaming.

the hotel was super close to the o2 arena, i could even see it from my window! the staff was really kind. jada and teagan at the restaurant were especially awesome (i loved their service). the breakfast had lots of options, and everything tasted great.
the corridors to the rooms are a bit narrow, so i could hear some noise from other guests in the morning. it was a minor issue, but something to be aware of.

I loved the location, a quick ten-minute walk to the o2 arena. parking felt secure, really out of the way! the rooms are excellent. The facilities are wonderful. staff are just lovely, a real gem of a place.

the breakfast was fine , it had good options.
the corridor to the bedrooms was narrow , which i found inconvenient when carrying luggage. the noise in the mornings was unacceptable because i could hear constant banging doors. it was from other guests and cleaning staff.
