The shower was REALLY weird. It only had boiling hot water. I also asked for housekeeping, but they just folded things. They didn't provide fresh towels or toiletries. It felt a little useless.

Excellent Stay Experience

The staff was very helpful. Sophie at check-in was very cute. The hotel is near the Elizabeth Line, providing easy connections to Liverpool Street. The hotel's location is great. I could easily walk to the underground station for convenient travel. Adam, the receptionist, was friendly and offered assistance.
The room decor did not appeal to me. There were some pictures on the wall with red, white, and black colours. This design choice detracted from my overall enjoyment.
