the breakfast was acceptable. it had several options, though nothing particularly stood out.

I found the lack of interest from the reception staff concerning. when i asked for extra information, i felt i had to really press them. my welcome consisted of a signature request and a room number, leaving me to figure out everything else. A shuttle bus would definitely improve access, considering the expensive taxi fares to and from the airport.

The restaurant was big and included a comfortable seating area , ideal for a quiet business meeting. Staff delivered great customer service because they were pleasant and courteous. The restaurant staff responded quickly to any query or request that I had.

The hotel charges extra for parking , which I think is a bit much.

I found the room was cold because the window was open upon arrival. It required some time to warm up.
