The room was spacious. It provided enough space for luggage and moving around. the bed was comfortable. I slept well . the staff was friendly. They assisted with check-in efficiently. i appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The parking fee of £5 without a receipt felt a little unusual. It would be better with a more formal process.

The location was in a quiet area. I appreciated the nearby train station.

My room was not properly cleaned. I saw dust and cobwebs throughout the room. The carpet seemed very filthy and should be replaced. I think they should clean better.
