the staff offered really good service, particularly when my initial reservation could not be found upon late arrival. gihan and muhammad worked diligently to secure a room for my two-night stay. they also ensured that breakfast was arranged, and i found their dedication excellent. it's reassuring to experience such helpful service when unexpected issues arise.

i found that the soundproofing in the room was not ideal and hallway noises were quite audible.

john and gihan from the reception team assisted me greatly. i was stranded after a concert and they found a room even with the hotel being fully booked! i really appreciated the clean room. the shower was great and the bed was big and comfortable.

The shuttle to the airport took around thirty minutes. It required some planning.
