The location was acceptable. It was close to public transportation.
The room i got was not the same one i booked. it was smaller, and the bed didn't have pillowcases initially. the curtains didn't block light properly. It was annoying.

The staff was cute! Adam showed us two different rooms, so we could choose our favorite. He then brought our bags to the room and asked if we needed help getting around. The room was very clean with high ceilings.

Solid Stay Near Royal London Hospital

The staff was helpful showing me to my room. I received details about available amenities, Wi-Fi, and door codes. The room was equipped with a fridge and this was convenient. Its location near the Royal London Hospital was very useful for my early appointment.
The temperature control was not very effective. I had to open a window because it became too warm in the room. People outside were a bit loud.

the check-in process was very disappointing. i waited outside for 30 minutes in the cold, a situation that felt unsafe. my calls went unanswered repeatedly. it was very late.

the staff were cute and helpful. the hotel was clean and the beds were good (i had a wonderful sleep). i found the location convenient, a short walk from a tube station. the room had extra amenities i valued, like a fridge and microwave.

i stayed in a family room private bathroom. it comfortably accommodated my group. the location proved convenient, a short walk to the metro station. desi restaurants were very close by.
The staircase was slightly narrow. This presented a minor inconvenience with luggage.
