the signage from the tube station to the building was so clear, a welcome relief after my journey. i found the communal areas inviting, especially the lounge area with its complimentary coffee. i could relax and recharge before heading out. the gym was a bonus, it allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine.

the room had a locked window, it felt a bit stuffy at times. i wish i could have opened it to let in some fresh air.

The studio was well-equipped with everything i needed. the provided kitchen equipment allowed for easy meal preparation and the ventilation kept the space fresh. i found the communal lounge area to be a bonus with the complimentary beverages. The stay was quite good.

the lack of air conditioning was definitely noticeable. despite having the window open, the room remained quite warm was good. i hope they consider adding air conditioning for future improvements.

the staff displayed great hospitality and attentiveness to guest requests. their warm welcome and proactive assistance. i found their willingness to help genuinely appreciable and the service was AMAZING!!!
