the room had many toiletries available i forgot my phone charger a charger was in the room the lobby and restaurants were fun and lively they shut down before midnight so it's not a crazy scene
it was not possible to book a spa day-pass in advance staff said it 'depends on the day' i found this created stress

the building has a beautiful design.
the street outside was closed each evening. i encountered broken bedside switches in my room, we had to unplug lamps. additionally, there was no proper table for dining, so we used trays on the sofa.

the room was lovely and included generous amenities from cow shed. a really well-stocked minibar was available. the bed and pillows were really squidgy and luxurious and i had a great night's sleep.
water was in the room but the hotel charged for it. they charged an accommodation service. i declined to pay because i felt the room was expensive enough and everything else was extra.
