clean and convenient stay
great location luggage storage complimentary wine comfy bed
the location was great with public transport nearby! the staff allowed me to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. i also received a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday and thought it was nice, the bed was very comfy.
the room felt a bit small it wasnt really what i expected based on the photos, it didn't affect my stay much though.

Great Stay, Central Location and Helpful Staff!
convenient location responsive staff super wifi easy communication
The location is amazing, very close to many tube and bus lines. I found numerous grocery stores just steps away, very convenient. The staff was responsive on WhatsApp, so communication was easy. I especially appreciated the super fast wifi, it was the best I have experienced in a hotel.
My studio felt a bit smaller than expected due to its layout.

The staff always answered questions and addressed concerns quickly with a professional, friendly attitude. I was very pleased with the level of attention they provided.

Several food shops were within a couple minutes walk. This included a macro food health shop. The self-serve vending machine in the lobby had a good selection and reasonable prices. I found this particularly useful for late-night snacks!!!

convenient location great space updated equipment laundry facilities
I found the location very convenient. i appreciated the proximity to aldgate east station (it is just around the corner!). the yoga studio provided a great space for morning exercise and the gym had updated equipment. i liked the inclusion of laundry facilities. They helped me pack light.
the room was a bit dim. it needed brighter lighting in the bathroom.

The location was great, offering easy access to many attractions. I found several supermarkets nearby, helpful for getting supplies. It was super easy to access the main sightseeing spots from here. The staff were friendly and helpful .
The room felt quite small, and it was difficult moving around the bed. Some listed amenities were missing, including a washing machine. I also noticed some dust in the room upon arrival (that was not ideal).

The location was convenient for transportation. It was near the tube station. the lobby had a nice design. the room included a kitchenette, i appreciated it.
the room i booked was very small for its price. there wasnt really anywhere to open my suitcase. the cleaning service only happens once per week, it was not often enough.
