The rooftop restaurant provided great service. The new year menu was good.

The hotel room had broken items. A light kept going on and off throughout the night. This was disruptive and prevented restful sleep.

complete furniture heated floor luxury bathroom

the eames room was a good experience. the furniture was a complete eames set, more than i anticipated. the heated floor and towel rail in the bathroom added a touch of luxury.

The acoustic insulation was poor. I could hear street noise and traffic, loud enough to disrupt sleep.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, which contributed to a great overall experience. the restaurant offered friendly service and an excellent menu selection, i felt very welcomed here. the team worked very well together, evident.

Breakfast was excellent, and my meal in the restaurant the night before was fantastic. the hotel has a cute bar and restaurant on the ground floor. a rooftop bar is also available for a view. Everything tasted homemade.

beautiful surroundings fabulous breakfast night noise hotel security

The location was convient for public transport and near Spitalfields. Breakfast was fabulous with service that was great and beautiful surroundings. The rooftop bar is a bonus for a relaxing drink before heading out.

The hotel are was noisy, especially at night. People yelled outside the hotel in the middle of the night. I suggest the hotel to organize security to avoid people yelling for hours.
