the receptionist seemed friendly , a detail that was acceptable , i suppose.

room 7 reminded me of a furnace. the air conditioning barely worked and was ridiculously loud when it did. it was practically impossible to sleep because of the heat , and the staff acted like i was speaking a foreign language when i mentioned it.
