i found cove landmark pinnacle to be a really lovely apartment hotel in canary wharf. i stayed in a superior studio located on the 8th floor, and i had amazing views of the thames. the staff was responsive and even helped me book a taxi when i left. it was a very pleasant experience.
The shower temperature knob in the middle was detached. It had been previously stuck on with double sided tape. i will ask if they have apartments with firmer beds for my next visit, as the bed was a little soft for me

The hotel's location is convenient as it is a short walk from canary wharf underground station on the jubilee line. heron quays dlr station is also easily accessible. This makes travel around the city convenient.

My spacious apartment was over 40 sq m and included a large bathroom with an italian shower. It also had a kitchen area with essential appliances. i found the bed comfortable and the tv a nice addition!

Lounges are available on the 27th and 56th floors. these lounges offer fantastic views of the city. I found them very clean. i enjoyed having access to these spaces.

the staff was very helpful. nothing was too much trouble, even directions to tesco just 50 meters away. the room was clean. it had a fully self-contained kitchenette with a sink, stove top, oven, jug, toaster, and a mini dishwasher.
the hallways need some decor. they were a bit drab and needed a hoover. wind noise is a problem. it has been going on for many years. i did not get any sleep due to how loud the creaking and vibrating was in my apartment.

I had a really fantastic stay. The staff were friendly. I especially appreciated the leafy garden on Level 27 and the gym on Level 56. They are very nice! The location is convenient, with cafes, restaurants, and a Tesco Express just around the corner. The apartment was very clean, with a great layout and space.
The windows were narrow, restricting the view, but this did not impact my stay.

I found the leafy garden on Level 27 a calming escape. The gym on Level 56 provided great equipment for a great workout. The social lounge, also on Level 56, offered fine views. I could unwind easily after exploring. Rafael's helpfulness greatly enhanced my stay. I really appreciated his assistance.
I noticed the shower's glass partition could be a bit longer. Sometimes water splashed onto the floor.

The room had all the facilities I needed. I was upgraded to a superior studio. This was a nice surprise.
A very bad smell came from the shower drain . Nobody came to investigate the issue despite promising it.
