warm welcome comfy bed sound proofing faulty shower

the staff greeted me with a warm welcome, and my room was super clean! the bed was super comfy. i had both breakfast and dinner, and the food was AMAZING!!!

the declared sound proofing wasn't up to par, as i could still hear noise from outside like trains. the shower in the room also didn't work correctly, a bummer.

The hotel is VERY close to the airport. I found the room modern with sustainable practices. The staff was approachable and helpful during my entire stay. I appreciated the gym facilities, including modern equipment.

The hotel's soundproofing was not completely effective. I could hear noise from outside like trains. This impacted my sleep quality.

The hotel restaurant offered good food, especially at breakfast, even though i'm not a fan of all the options. There is also a Starbucks inside the hotel, a HUGE plus. The kitchen operates 24 hours.

The hotel is a short walk from London City Airport, so travel is easy. The DLR station is also within WALKING distance, with access to the city. A convenience store is nearby and closes late.

The staff at reception were cute and helpful. The housekeeping service was attentive, so they changed towels daily. I found the restaurant staff to be friendly, offering prompt service.
