The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle from the airport upon arrival (a real relief after a long flight). i found the bar and restaurant downstairs to be pretty nice, with good beer and excellent staff. the check-in staff were awesome. They got me into my superior room early, which allowed me to explore zurich that afternoon.

i was surprised to find no separate ac unit in the room. the bathroom felt a bit old-fashioned.
