the shuttle service ran frequently i appreciated that. the room included an espresso machine and a hot water kettle. it was really convenient the free bus tickets allowed easy access to the city center.
the gym seemed a little dingy it lacked a cute feel. the room felt small there was limited space for luggage. the shower drained slowly water accumulated around my feet.

the shuttle service was very good. it enabled easy travel to the airport. the restaurant and bar were good. the free geneve city tourist transportation tickets provided was a plus.
the rooms are small. it is seriously uncomfortable for two adults with two suitcases. space is wasted on chairs where a luggage table could be.

The airport shuttle was very convenient, it ran frequently. I found a bus stop close to the premises with easy access to Geneva. The free travel document from the hotel for public transport was a nice perk. The front desk staff provided helpful assistance with a plug adapter, which i appreciated.
I noticed the room felt a bit too warm despite my attempts to adjust the thermostat.

the shuttle was on time and the location was close to the airport.
The restaurant service was a disaster. the staff seemed annoyed when i tried to order. It reminded me of they were deliberately avoiding eye contact. the breakfast situation was equally frustrating as the waiter was unhelpful and seemed bothered when i asked for a table.

this hotel is convenient for airport arrivals. a reliable shuttle operates to both airport and train station. some queueing occurs during peak times. the staff helped accommodate my reservations from separate sources. i used the free geneve city tourist transportation tickets the hotel provided.
the hotel website incorrectly advertises air conditioning. the 'air cooling' provided does nothing. rooms became stuffy. noise was noticeable if windows were opened.
