as an ihg member, i found the location quite convenient. it is a short walk to the railway station. the reception lady was friendly and efficient arranging the shuttle to the airport for 10 chf. the bar area was clean, though i did not use it.
the room had a weak shower. hotel staff seemed not kind. i left a new jacket on the bed. after i contacted them, they said they could not find it.

my room was clean and tidy. the front desk staff were very cheerful and helpful. airport transportation is available for 10chf. uber charged me 24chf for a ride to the airport so the hotel rate is quite reasonable.
the rooms don't include a fridge or a kettle. i used uber eats to have coffee delivered the next morning from starbucks. i wish a kettle was available in the room

The location was convenient near the airport.
The room was quite small. The air conditioning did not seem to work, and it got very hot (a real problem for sleeping). I found the staff to be less than cordial during check-in.
