missing fridgesink plug
the room lacked a fridge so i couldn't keep anything cold. there was also no complimentary water in the room, disappointing. the sink had a weird plug that got stuck and wouldn't drain properly. i also heard noise from other rooms and doors slamming all night.

The location near terminal 2 was a great benefit, this made early departures easier. The staff were friendly at reception, i found them cute. The room itself felt modern and clean. The bed provided good comfort for a short stay.
The hotel hallways had a strange smell, i find this unpleasant. The bedding also have an uninviting odor. I think the quality of the linen should improve.

The bar provide food, this is convenient for a quick meal. Breakfast offer much choice and is a good start to the day. However the restaurant staff seemed not courteous and food pricing felt high given the quality.

the location was adequate for catching an early flight , i suppose.
the room lacked a fridge , a real oversight considering it was summer. i couldn't even keep water chilled. plus , the sink had a weird plug that got stuck , so the sink filled with dirty water i couldn't drain. sleeping became a challenge with the constant slamming of doors and voices from adjacent rooms all night.

the location is great it is within walking distance from the terminal. staff are very helpful and friendly. the train station is close for a day trip to milan it is very convenient. the breakfast had a nice selection of items
the room lacked some amenities there were no slippers or shower caps. the air conditioning could not be switched off so it was cold. the menu was very limited there was no room service available

Convenient and Clean Stay Near the Airport

This hotel is very close to terminal 2. I found the staff very helpful. When there was a minor issue with the toilet flush in my initially assigned room, they quickly gave me a different room. The location next to the airport shuttle stop could not be better, especially if you're in transit.
I missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room, a small addition would enhance the experience.

The shuttle buses were very close. It was SO amazing. The staff packed a breakfast for me first thing in the morning before I left, who does that?! I thought the service was superior.
The hotel rooms lack fridges. Therefore, you cannot keep anything chilled.
