The location was convenient. The staff assisted with luggage.
I found the air conditioning inadequate, especially during a warm day. It seemed to struggle to cool the room effectively. The outdated decor was also a letdown. The room felt old and not well kept. The room lacked modern amenities.

i enjoyed the close proximity to the train station it was about a ten minute walk i found the welcome at reception friendly and efficient every staff interaction was helpful
the air conditioning had a minimum setting of 24 degrees it was too warm for me even with a fan

The breakfast was excellent. I appreciated the fresh products and the great variety offered each morning. The gym was also very nice. It included really great equipment.
The soap products were cheap and nasty. Other hotels provided good quality soap. I had issues with the key card. It didn't work and I had to return it to reception on 3 different occasions!
