Really good Stay at a Fine Hotel

I found the hotel staff to be quite helpful. They provided valet parking, great to arrive directly outside. A driver took the car away immediately. The breakfast included a basic buffet with nice juices and Prosecco. The staircase looks amazing.

I noticed some noise at night. I could hear toilets and showers in neighboring rooms. The sounds were quite audible.

perfect location and fine spiral staircase!

the staff at reception were professional and kind. my room was spacious with architecturally interesting details! the spiral staircase in the lobby was amazing. i loved the delicious and huge breakfast buffet.

The hotel seemed to cheap out on basic amenities. The tissue paper quality was quite poor.

missing amenities closed terraces

the room lacked basic amenities for a supposed five star hotel. there was NO coffee pod machine, ONLY a kettle with sachet coffee and without milk. the hotel website advertises terraces, but they remained closed DURING my entire stay. IT was a disappointment.
