The transfer service to the airport was efficient. The staff were helpful and well-mannered! The restaurant nearby had delicious pizza. The room had a nice location and a cute garden outside-.

Convenient and Clean Airport Hotel

This hotel is clean and near Malpensa Airport. The shuttle service arrived quickly after my call. The drivers helped with luggage. The staff were nice and thorough.
The hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner. You have to walk to a nearby restaurant that requires reservations. I found this inconvenient. There were no other options available nearby

poor insulation limited outlets
the airport shuttle came pretty quickly. i guess that's something.
The noise insulation was non-existent it seemed. i could hear every conversation in the hallway like it was happening right next to my bed. also, i found only two power outlets in the entire room. It was like they designed it specifically to annoy people with multiple devices
