The check-in process was easy. A nice young woman assisted me. she quickly provided information about dinner and breakfast hours, both complimentary! the room was quite clean and offered enough space for my belongings. I found the bathroom equally clean.

The tv remote didn't easily switch to english channels, though i managed with my ipad. That was just a minor inconvenience really.

I found the 24-hour checkin quite convenient. The front desk staff offered cheerful service and accurate information. They also helped me organize my morning shuttle to the airport. The inn restaurant presented a well staffed environment and my pizza was delicious after a long day.

The hotel directs guests to a free local bus that requires a walk on uneven asphalt. This is particularly challenging with suitcases. More clear signage would improve the experience.

the rooms was pretty basic. i found no outlets near the bed or even in the rest of the room, how am i supposed to charge my stuff? also, i had issues with the complimentary wine, it was not to my liking. there really should be more options available, not that i am a wine snob or anything.

i found the location very convenient because it was near terminal t1. the breakfast offered many options, nice. i also appreciated the friendly staff. (they were very helpful with directions).

I experienced some issues with the shuttle bus information. It was not very clear. i ended up having to take a taxi. also, the air conditioning setup felt unusual, as i couldn't control it directly from the room.
