I got a decent club sandwich from the restaurant. it WAS delicious!!!
The floor lamp in my room didn't work. I asked the reception for an urgent fix, but no one ever came. the bathroom door handle was broken. This suggests housekeeping isn't checking things properly after cleaning.

the free shuttle to the airport was very helpful and punctual. the room had multi language channels on the tv. the breakfast had a good selection of items and the dinner menu offered variety.
The room was not very clean. I found a used bottle under the bed and the coffee corner was dusty.
