The hotel's location near the airport was SO convenient, and the free shuttle provided stress-free transport. The shower was fantastic, and the room size was comfortable for my short stay.

I found the lack of phones in the room inconvenient. I had to go downstairs each time I needed assistance. This was particularly bothersome from a higher floor.

I found the location so convenient. it was close to the airport and the free airport shuttle was efficient. trams were practically on the doorstep. It made getting around easy. the staff were friendly. They spoke multiple languages.

I thought the disposable cups were too small. One per person per day felt a bit stingy.

i found a couple of things a bit annoying. first, the in-room coffee was a tease. the machine was there, taunting me, but they only left two sugar packets. like, seriously? is it rationing or what? and trying to get a hold of anyone was a trek. no phones in the rooms meant a hike down to reception for every little thing. bit of a drag when you just want to laze about in your room. definitely not my cup of tea! i was expecting more.

The minibus from the hotel picked us up from the airport! it was so easy once we introduced ourselves, our bags were loaded, and we were quickly at the hotel. the hotel is modern and smart! a tram station is a short walk away. Tram lines 14 and 18 are right there.

the floor wasn't clean, i could see the dirt. i had breakfast included, but they opened too late, so i missed it. they didn't return the money nor offer anything else, except a bottle of water. that was a waste of 20 euros!

The hotel is modern and very clean (I appreciated that). The staff was helpful. They spoke multiple languages. The free shuttle to and from the airport was prompt. I also received a free pass for public transport, it covered the tram.

The room I had did not include a fridge (I wish it did). There was no coffee or tea in the room. The TV offered only a few channels. The climate control was a little weak (it could have been stronger).
