the hotel location was convenient, it was easy enough to get around.

i was disappointed in the restaurant service, i waited for over 30 minutes only to be told i couldn't be served (the hotel director knew about the problem). the tv in my room also didn't work for the entire day, despite reporting it, and no one fixed it. (it was frustrating!)

The breakfast was good. it had a large buffet and many options were available. the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. It runs frequently. the staff was helpful when i needed directions to the train station.

the room was modern and spacious , which was acceptable.

The airport shuttle service was a mess. the driver seemed annoyed to help with luggage and acted like i was bothering him. additionally , the front desk staff wasn't much better. They seemed uninterested and slow , a definite contrast to what i'd expect from a so-called four-star hotel.

The breakfast had FRESH fruits and AMAZING pastry. The beds felt very comfortable. It was like sleeping on a cloud. Hot water in the shower was a real treat after a long day of travel. The hotel provided everything I needed.

i took the courtesy shuttle from the airport after i collected my luggage and went through passport control. the rooms have a modern style, and i found it clean and spacious. this hotel is a five minute drive from terminal two and a five minute walk from the nearest rail station. this train efficiently runs along the riviera and it's really cheap.

the staff is friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond, REALLY. we lost my child's favorite teddy. they assisted to track it down and mail it back to me, what very nice service.
