a dreamy escape
great location friendly staff nice spot eager assistance
the location was indeed great, near the station! we were upgraded to grand hotel savoia which was lovely. i found the staff very friendly and eager to assist. the rooftop bar was a nice spot and really topped off our evenings.
The air conditioning made a loud noise. This was quite distracting.

noise overload rickety elevator
the air conditioning. my initial room faced the street, so traffic was a PROBLEM. i then moved to a room overlooking an enclosed courtyard, BUT air conditioning vents caused A LOT of noise day and night. the elevator was also rickety.

The hotel location was ideal, only a short walk from the train station. Breakfast was a good experience. Our room included heat and air conditioning with easily accessible controls and windows that could be opened to let in fresh air.
I found the customer service lacking. The towels were damaged. The bathroom space felt small.
