Excellent Stay Close to the Airport

The free parking was helpful , as I had rented a car. The staff were also great . They helped coordinate the airport shuttle and were responsive to my requests. I appreciated the good food options available on site, and the room was clean.
I found the payment policy somewhat unusual , because they place a preauthorization for potential extras in addition to the room charge.

The breakfast had a large selection, and the super nice team. Christina and Martina at reception assisted with coordinating the airport shuttle. They were amazing. The hotel was super clean and the staff was so accommodating. I found the location to be a great base for visiting Bergamo.
I noticed that I had no free water in the room. This felt unusual. I needed to ask for a remote for the hairdryer, and the hairdryer in the bathroom seemed ancient.

The shuttle pick-up from the airport was a bit challenging. it was difficult to find the markings in the dark. the air conditioning was set too cold. It was like a freezer.

The restaurant had a really tasty dinner! The shuttle to the airport cost only 5€. Express checkout went quite well. The location was convenient to the airport.
There was no free water in the room! The hairdryer in the bathroom looked ancient. It looked like a one-star level amenity. I found that very unusual these days.
