The bed was comfy, a detail I noted.

The Wi-Fi did not function . Staff seemed unable to resolve the issue. The room showed a lack of thorough cleaning. I observed dust and what looked to be mold in the bathroom.

The process to get to my room was easy!!! cleaner cleaned the toilet daily. the location is quite good. Commuting was simple!!! every week, the staff cleaned the room and brought new towels. I liked that a lot.

i found the checking instructions very easy to understand. a tesco express next door was very convenient. the room was relatively quiet and provided good transport links.

the room had everything as described, i even had a decent fan because the weather was hot. coffee, tea, clean sheets, towels and toiletries were available. the adjoining bathroom was clean, i liked that.

cleaning was not fantastic, i noticed a hair stuck to the shower wall for the entire week.

my room was a double room. it was clean and the bed was comfy. the staff seemed friendly. the room size was good too.

the entrance could be clearer. the number on the door isn't very clear and easily missed. i found it a bit confusing at first.
