Check-in was quick. the room was super clean clean. It was a very big room. the location felt quite secure.

the shower door was broke. i had to be very careful sliding it. it did feel as though it was going to come off.

the room was spacious, a beautiful double room.

the shower did not get hot (this was quite annoying). i also found i could not connect to wifi at all. it was not worth the price i paid, since i expected hot water.

useful fridge comfortable temperature dlr line

the room had a fridge with provided water, very useful! a fan helped maintain a comfortable temperature. the proximity to the dlr line made travel convenient. the staff responded quickly to questions, which i appreciated.

the bathroom lacked proper cleaning upon arrival, i noticed some marks on the toilet.

Fantastic Experience

friendly staff great touch

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided everything I needed and water in the fridge was a great touch. I also appreciated having access to YouTube on the TV. The complimentary tea and coffee was more generous than at other hotels. They provided a decent amount.

My colleague's bathroom was not attached to the room. He had to cross the hall to get to it. Afterwards when I followed up, my message was ignored.

The room was a good size. I found the beds comfortable. the room was quiet during the night. There was no disruption from outside, made resting easy.

The reception staff explained checkout procedures well. They showed us to our room. The front building door locked. I liked that the room door had a solid lock too. It felt very secure.

helpful staff spacious room clean room convenient location

the reception staff was helpful and showed me to my room. my room was spacious and clean it had everything i needed for an overnight stay. the location was convenient south quay was just over the road. i found great value for the money.

i noticed some dirt in the toilet area when i first entered the bathroom
