The staff displayed really good kindness and remained available around the clock. i took advantage of the convenient option to leave my luggage for a small fee. the neighbourhood charmed me. It was lively and close to several metro lines. the kitchen provided a fridge, various snacks and i felt welcome.
my room had a distinct musty smell that was somewhat persistent. i hope they can address this to improve the overall freshness of the rooms. it was the only thing i noticed!

Check-in was very quick and easy. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. the self-service breakfast was a pleasant surprise. There was a good selection of items available, including bread, eggs, and fruit. i found it convenient to prepare my own meal in the shared kitchen.
The room i stayed in could use some minor improvements. I noticed the wardrobe was a bit wobbly. it seemed like it needed to be secured to the wall for added safety. this made me a little uneasy when accessing my belongings.

I found the staff helpful. They were always ready to assist! the nearby tube station made getting around very easy. i also appreciated the self-service breakfast. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city.
the wardrobe was quite small. it was a little difficult to unpack everything.

The location were really good i could use public transport and shops nearby. breakfast had good variety. That were nice. i had a one night stay for my business trip and i found it affordable and easy to locate.
