The location was very convenient. i could easily access buses and the underground. parth at reception was always helpful. He answered my questions patiently and accurately. breakfast was good!
the bedroom felt small like student accommodation. the first room smelled bad, so i asked to move. there were only five coat hangers and no drawers for clothes.

I encountered a couple of issues. The room seemed rather dated. There were no drawers available, forcing me to keep my belongings in my suitcase. The bathroom was quite small, and showering proved challenging. A protruding tiled area made it difficult to stand without hitting my head. It seemed a better use of space might have been possible.

I found the location super convenient. It was close to the tube and Paddington station! The breakfast was nice TOO.

the hotel's proximity to lancaster gate station made travel simple. hyde park across the street allowed for easy access to green space. breakfast included a buffet with good variety. fresh towels arrived each morning which helped to keep the room tidy.
The room windows looked like they had not been cleaned for months. They were covered in dirt.

i appreciated the quick check-in. the reception staff ordered me a cab promptly. they were very accommodating to my requests. the location proved convenient near buses and the underground.
I found the breakfast could benefit from more pork-free options. most meat offered seemed to be pork. That restricted choices for my family.
