i found the staff very friendly and courteous especially david in the bar restaurant he looked after me in the evening and at breakfast the food was delicious too the hotel had recently been refurbished so it looked modern.

the entrance and stair were tatty and looked dirty apparently they are due a refurbishment.

The hotel offered ample parking at the rear, complete with CCTV, so I felt secure. My twin room was adequately sized, and the bed suited me perfectly since it was a little soft. I found a decent-sized television and tea and coffee making facilities in the room.. a real plus. The downstairs space, including the restaurant, was inviting.

The bathroom seemed to need minor repairs. I noticed some spots.
