The staff offered great customer service. The place was tidy, and our room received daily sheet changes. This was important to me. I appreciate the attention.
The room was basic. It included old mattresses. The shower produced only cold water. I stayed during a noisy weekend, so noise at 2 am or 3 am did not surprise me.

the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. emma helped me with parking my car in front of the hotel. she also had a good knowledge of the local activities..
the corridor floors made too much creaking sounds as people walked by. this made it more difficult to sleep. the window was too small not allowing enough air to get in.
