fantastic stay!

I loved the easy access to public transport, with a metro station just a short walk away! the tram line outside the hotel took me directly into the city center. It was super convenient (best transport links ever!). the breakfast was also a standout, a really abundant choice.
The pillows in the room were not comfortable at all. I wish there were extra options in the cabinet.

the room was quite spacious and clean, it included a minibar stocked with refreshments. i found a work desk and a comfortable chair there, beneficial for catching up on emails. the room had blackout curtains for a restful sleep.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of hot and cold options, including fresh pastries, fruits, and eggs made to order. the on-site restaurant served delicious local cuisine. The menu had both vegetarian and meat options. (i tried the goulash and it was yummy!).

The staff members were always helpful and friendly. They assisted with directions and provided useful recommendations. check-in was efficient and quick. I was given a welcome drink upon arrival (very nice!). the hotel offered a luggage storage service which helped a lot.

The room had comfortable beds. A big television was available, which my child enjoyed watching. The room was also spacious. I found it easy to get to main attractions from this location.
The pillows were not comfortable. There were no extras in the cabinet.

the breakfast was plentiful with many choices available.
my check-in was awful. i arrived late and the staff member seemed annoyed. she said my reservation was cancelled i found her behavior unprofessional and unhelpful. also the room cleaning was not good another person's hair was in the bed
