the staff were very friendly i liked that.
The windows were leaky i could hear everything outside my room. It was hard to sleep even with earplugs. the bathroom wasn't great either, water got everywhere during showers

the location was great and quiet. it was also very central, being a short walk to the charles bridge. breakfast offered many options and the room was super comfortable. i appreciated the chocolates during turndown service.
i found the majority of the staff to have a bad attitude. it was disappointing considering it's a five star hotel. the sheets were not clean on arrival so i requested to change them.

The location was really good, very central to the main attractions. The staff was polite and helpful. They provided a complimentary upgrade for our first night. The cheese and wine offering was a nice touch. The pool and sauna facilities were excellent and very well maintained.
The coffee machine didn't work very well, though the food itself was tasty.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit selection. the building had historic architecture throughout. It was like a tour. the staff assisted me quickly with directions.

The hotel's location was acceptable, I suppose.
The breakfast service was odd, it was a struggle to get the waiters' attention. I almost tripped over them to get new cutlery. there was the matter of the used napkin, folded to hide its previous life, a detail that left me questioning their hygiene standards. I would have expected better.

The steam room situation was strange. The steam room is only in the ladies' area so men couldn't use it!! Families cannot share the sauna either. It needs remodelling. The quality of the cooked breakfast was awful also. The coffee tasted like dishwater.
