The reception staff was friendly and multilingual. the hotel grounds are beautiful. The pool is an added bonus. the rooms are super clean and pretty spacious.

i went to the restaurant to get a meal and was refused because i had not booked. it seemed that there were empty tables. i had to buy takeaway and eat outside in the cold. the night manager said he could not help me when l asked him for peppermint tea bags because the bar was closed.

I found the hotel transfer from the cruise port convenient and they accommodated early check-in it was a welcome surprise. the pool and grounds were gorgeous with olive trees pomegranate trees and various flowers everywhere. i appreciated all the seating areas provided for relaxation. The italian restaurant offered delicious local seafood. the complimentary breakfast added to the restful experience

the shuttle service to the airport worked as expected.

The room i got looked quite dated. the shower stall was so small, i could barely maneuver. i also noticed the electricity wasn't working when i arrived late at night. A maintenance guy had to come fix the switch box. not ideal after a long flight, and i thought they should have just switched my room.
