I am so happy about my King Guest Room. It was very clean and had all I needed. The hotel shuttle was convenient. It took me right to the airport and back. The staff were friendly to me. They made everything easy. I was charmed by the breakfast team.

The hotel look older. The room look very simple to me. I think it is a little overpriced. I pay steep for only one night. The hotel charges for a dental set. I think this is a problem.

The free shuttle service was great. It runs every 15 minutes to the airport. my room was a king guest room and it was very super clean and cozy. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. i felt very welcomed.

i noticed only one usb outlet in my room, a bit inconvenient when i needed to charge multiple devices.

long wait odd shower design

the front desk seemed understaffed at check-in. i waited a long time, it was frustrating because several people from the shuttle arrived at once. also, the shower design was odd (i mean, really odd). the half-glass panel didn't stop water from splashing all over the bathroom floor, a minor flood with just one shower. a simple curtain would have been much better.
