The hotel's location near the airport and train station was convenient. It was easy to access both transportation hubs.

The room I was assigned lacked thorough cleanliness. I noticed spill marks on the desk that had not been cleaned properly. getting hot water was an issue. I had to let the shower run for over 20 minutes before it reached a lukewarm temperature, which I found unacceptable and wasteful.

The hotel connects directly to Terminal 1. This made access very convenient for my early flight. The buffet offered a great selection and the staff provided awesome service.

There were no signs in the airport arrival area. It was hard to find the hotel due to ongoing building works. There was a very long queue at reception upon my arrival around 21:00. It took over 30 minutes to get to my room..

the hotel is very close to the airport. it was a short walk even with a lot of bags. ehsan was helpful . he handled everything promptly and with a friendly attitude. i love that the hotel is at the airport. facilities are always great.

it was very difficult to find the hotel. i arrived by plane and couldn't see signs. when i finally did find the hotel, it was a long walk from terminal 1. the manner of the staff's responses to my complaint struck me as boring.
