Excellent Airport Hotel Experience!

I found online check-in very convenient. I also enjoyed the good selection of beer at the bar. The staff was excellent and really helpful (a big plus in my book). The food was quite good too. I especially enjoyed the breakfast.

I noticed some worn carpets with bleached stains outside the room door, this is something that could be improved upon.

The reception staff were very kind and helpful . They promptly addressed all my questions. Check-in and check-out were easy, I just had to leave the key in the box.

The location was great (very close to the airport). I was attending the Grand Prix in Spa. The hotel had around 40 minutes to the track, perfect for my needs. The hotel is easily accessible from the motorway.

Free parking was available, a big plus. The bar area was well kept. I thought it looked great. The hotel offers online check-in for minimal fuss. It is a very convenient facility.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. there was hair in the shower. i also noticed that the air conditioning was very weak. The room remained too warm despite setting it to a low temperature. it made sleeping a little difficult and that's not ideal before an early flight the next day.

the hotel had good road connections. buses were available nearby to access liege. the sound proofing was excellent, and aircraft noise was virtually inaudible from the room.

i expected more of a radisson. i was very disappointed that disabled spaces were taken up by sport team trucks. i felt management could have easily left a couple of parking spaces for disabled drivers. they used the disabled spaces for bikes.

The bed was quite comfortable in my Standard Room. The TV offered many channels for entertainment. Soap and water were available, a nice touch.

The air conditioning did not seem to work well, so the room felt warm.
