The free shuttle service to the airport ran frequently, which REALLY helped with early morning flights. The room I had included a comfy bed and good amenities. I appreciated the breakfast buffet, it offered many options.
The gym could benefit from having more updated equipment. Some machines looked a little worn.

the room was spacious and very comfortable.
the shuttle from the airport was late. i waited about 40 minutes at the stop. the hotel is very far from the airport. the bathroom was clean but old and there were stains on the walls.

The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and reliable. My room was spacious with great amenities and the staff was very attentive (I appreciate the small details!).
I had to wait longer than expected on several occasions. This made moving between floors somewhat inconvenient, especially during peak hours.
