The 24/7 shuttle service was very convenient, especially since it operates outside typical hours (other hotels often do not). The staff arranged an extra shuttle for us. I REALLY appreciated this kindness. I loved that the hotel offers a 12pm checkout. It allowed a relaxing morning with some sleeping and breakfast. The shuttle to Schiphol airport was very welcome and convenient.

The heat in my room could not be controlled, and it was too warm to sleep (consequently, i wasn't well-rested for my flight).

the shuttle service to the train station runs frequently. it leaves almost every 15 minutes which i found very convenient. the bed was also very comfortable and spacious. the breakfast was also amazing, i could order omelettes. there was a wide array of buffet choices too.

the toilet door couldn't be locked, a slight inconvenience though i still enjoyed my stay.

The cleanliness in the bathroom was below expectations. There was visible dust on the walls. the toilet paper holder was also dirty. furthermore, hairs were present in the shower, not acceptable for a hotel of this standard.
