The staff were cute. The restaurant and bar area were lovely. The room was bigger than expected. The shower was big as well. This was great value for money.

The shuttle bus serves other properties. The system needs re-evaluation. Those going to other hotels could wait. Those going to this location were left waiting another 40 minutes. The ride took over 30 minutes with multiple stops.

the tv in my room did not work and the telephone was also broken. there wasn't a desk, a problem. the mattress felt old, and there werent enough television channels available after they fixed it. breakfast maple syrup tasted quite bad.

The shuttle to the location was easy to find. The room was quite esthetic.. it was a very good experience. Airport hotels are often for short layovers, but this one turned out to be fantastic. The staff provided fast service with a smile. The rooms were modern and very quiet. Electrical outlets were easy to access.

The hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport! The receptionist gave helpful directions to Haarlem using public transport. I really appreciate that. I am very grateful.

I noticed the room lacked coffee or tea making facilities. There was also no self-serve coffee available until the breakfast buffet opened at 6 AM. It was a bit inconvenient for an early start.

the free airport shuttle was very convenient. it ran frequently and made getting to my early flight easy. the hotel also had a handy snack shop near the entrance. i found this very useful for grabbing a quick bite.

the heating system was not working properly. the room temperature was uncomfortably cold, and i could not adjust it. it impacted my sleep quality .
