the staff was very friendly and cooperative. a tram is only six minutes walk from the hotel to take me to the city center. the room was a good size too!!!

metro station zen atmosphere housekeeping intrusion false accusation

The hotel is next to a metro station, made getting around simple. The reception area had a nice scent and a zen atmosphere. The lady at the desk, Isabelle, was kind and helpful.

Housekeeping walked into my room. They lied and told the front desk I was smoking in the room. I was in the bathroom showering when he came in.

friendly staff modern room convenient location

The staff was VERY friendly and cute at all times. The room was modern and clean. I noticed electric roller blinds in the room. Shower products and an ironing board were included. The metro station is only 200m away, GREAT!!!

I noticed that breakfast finishes quite abruptly.

The hotel location provides easy access to transit options. It is outside of the busy city centre. I saw that the metro and tram lines are only a few minutes away. It's very convenient.

The staff is cute, polite and very professional. I saw Polina at reception and she gave great service. Another staff member spoke Russian and offered a room upgrade, as well as drink vouchers.
