dark shower uncomfortable toilet
I found a few things disappointing. The shower was quite dark since there was no light directly in the shower area, I had to rely on light from the vanity. the toilet was positioned too close to the wall. Sitting was a bit uncomfortable. Finally, I didn't receive my wake-up call. I saw the night receptionist asleep on a couch in the lobby. It was fortunate I had my own alarm.

the free shuttle to the airport operated every thirty minutes, very convenient. the room was quite clean and spacious. the breakfast provided a wide array of tasty options ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
i found that purchasing water was not possible i was directed to use the tap in the bathroom.

the staff at the reception and during breakfast provided really good service. they were consistently kind and professional which contributed positively to the stay. i felt very well looked after.

the hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport and this was helpful. i found the partner hotel's dinner option next door to be both tasty and convenient. it was easy to access other amenities.

mixed experience near the airport
glazed windows breakfast disappointment
i found the room showing its age a bit. the single-glazed windows did little to block out noise, especially during busy times. also, the much-praised breakfast turned out to be a disappointment. i expected better for the price. i really missed a good night's sleep.

The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport. It runs often, and , made my travel easy. I saw they got a good breakfast. They had many options available.
The gym was not available. The pool was also not open. The room itself looked a bit old.

The free airport shuttle ran frequently, so i didn't wait long. checking in at 10 a.m. was a great advantage. I appreciated it! i spent my day in amsterdam, convenient. the staff was cute. I really felt at ease.
