The hotel's proximity to the airport was SUPER convenient. I found tea and coffee provisions IN the room. I certainly needed that early in the morning. The front desk staff was quite FRIENDLY and efficient.

The hotel is very close to the airport and railway. I had dinner at the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice selection of items. The hotel shuttle provided transport to the airport.

The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast. The selection of food was substantial. The airport shuttle was useful, it made getting to my flight simple. I found the room to be quiet. I did not hear any outside noise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The room had a good-sized television for entertainment. I found tea and coffee making facilities very convenient in the room. I also greatly appreciated the inclusion of a small refrigerator in the room.
I noticed the hotel shuttle doesn't operate midday, slightly inconvenient.

Acceptable Stay with Check-in Delays
slow check-in shuttle cancellation
The location is near the airport. It meant I did not have to travel far for my flight.
The check-in process was slow. I waited almost 30 minutes. I found this unacceptable. The shuttle cancellation made the hotel less appealing. I used to stay here regularly before flying.
