The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The room had a good-sized television for entertainment. I found tea and coffee making facilities very convenient in the room. I also greatly appreciated the inclusion of a small refrigerator in the room.
I noticed the hotel shuttle doesn't operate midday, slightly inconvenient.

The location is near the airport. It meant I did not have to travel far for my flight.
The check-in process was slow. I waited almost 30 minutes. I found this unacceptable. The shuttle cancellation made the hotel less appealing. I used to stay here regularly before flying.
