I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport. It took only one train stop to get there! The staff at the reception were cute. Our room was modern and of good size. Cleanliness was great.

The check-in agent told me parking was included with points. She knew my Hyatt Explorer status. I later found a charge for parking on my invoice. The hotel insisted parking is included only for Globalists.

The hotel sits near the airport, perfect for early departures. The train station entrance is next to the hotel. It makes accessing downtown simple. Staff members were both friendly and professional at all times. I found the room spacious with many outlets and a mini fridge.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Just one s-bahn stop. this makes it perfect for early flights or late arrivals. the room was very spacious and modern. It included a huge and comfortable bed. very neat place. Staff provided excellent service. i recommend it for overnight stays.

The room had a refrigerator. An espresso maker. A bottle of water. Coffee pods. And tea bags. an iron and ironing board were also in the room, together with a safe. the bathroom featured a towel warmer. A nice sink. And a walk-in shower.

Breakfast offered many options including breads. Kaiser rolls. Croissants. And cake. there was a coffee machine. A large assortment of teas. And a selection of juices. the hotel's dinner service was amazing and dining staff was equally amazing. food was great. I will eat dinner here again.

The hotel staff were cute and helpful.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned , and I found some mold in the shower. The television was not working , so I could not watch any programs. the sofa bed for my daughter was completely worn out and uncomfortable.
