the staff were very helpful and friendly. the breakfast had good value for money, especially because it opens from 4am. Always thought express was a budget option. the room size is excellent, also the bed is comfortable and the linen has good quality.
air con WAS so loud. it made it hard to sleep. without the air con, it was far too hot. I had to pay £14 per night for parking even though i was a hotel guest. there was also a £100 fine when we left to get food and came back.

I found the location very convenient to the airport. The shuttle bus service was readily available right outside the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly (they gave clear instructions). I could easily get to my 5 AM flight after taking advantage of the early breakfast options.
The room lighting could have been a bit brighter for working at the desk.

The breakfast went beyond what i expected.
The room wasn't soundproofed at all. I could hear a family's crying baby during the night. A fairly large gap existed under the door, so every time the hallway light came on, i could see it. Earplugs are essential and i was a little frustrated.

i stayed three nights near the airport the shuttle bus provided convenient transport i bought train tickets to central london directly from airport machines lola was professional at check in she answered questions with helpful information the breakfast staff was helpful and attentive daily room service was prompt and thorough.
the coffee and sugar request needed a reminder a minor detail in an otherwise great stay.
