i really like the views of river from my room, it be so charming. the free ferry to canary wharf was useful. staff greeted me with warm cookies, a very nice touch.
the room i stayed in felt a tad small, though it had what i needed, it could have been a bit bigger.

the location worked well as a base to visit the tourist attractions, easy reach to canary wharf via free hotel ferry service was such a bonus to save some money on travelling.

the breakfast buffet was lovely, it included eggs, sausages, beans and hot drinks. i had a burger one evening in the restaurant and it tasted so good. staff was very friendly.

I was somewhat disappointed with the room i received. It was quite small, and the promised balcony was nonexistent. The shower gel dispenser had fallen off the wall and hit me during my shower. The hairdryer also didn't work initially. A faulty plug caused a delay of over 45 minutes before i could use it.

i found the staff very polite and helpful. the free ferry to canary wharf was convenient (it runs frequently). my room had a larger size than expected, a definite plus.
the check-in process was very slow with long queues. an express check-in for pre-paid stays would improve this.

The room i got had a few issues. a drawer was broken. I noticed marks all over the bathroom walls. also, the air conditioning was noisy, which wasn't ideal for sleeping. i expect better maintenance and attention to detail.
