I found the staff very helpful. The location is quite convenient. Liverpool station is about a ten-minute walk. The bed and shower were highlights, and the lounge area provided a nice space to relax.

One of the building's elevators was out of service, which occasionally caused delays.

The room layout was fantastic. I loved having everything controlled by an ipad. it made adjusting the air conditioning so easy. i didn't eat breakfast, but my friend said the selection was good. patience was super kind and remembered we visited for a show. She asked us about it the next day!

The hotel looked tired. It wasn't as clean as i expected. there was no complimentary food or water provided in the room.

The location was AMAZING!!! It was close to the tube. The staff were very helpful. The rooms have lighting and blind systems I loved!!!

Only one elevator was working so wait times were longer. The air conditioning could not be turned off. It was quite disturbing at night.

i found the room design to be quite excellent, everything seemed well-thought-out. the technological integration with the ipad controlling various aspects of the room was convenient. the bed was comfortable and provided a restful sleep.

one minor inconvenience was the occasional wait for the elevator due to one being out of service.
