poor air circulation soft bed

the room was stuffy , and there was virtually no air circulation. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably and actually affected my health. i also found the bed far too soft and without adequate support , causing some discomfort. the check-out process was slow. the long queue was a real frustration.

spacious room calm lady

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel breakfast included a nice omelette station. I enjoyed the lady who cooked omelettes at breakfast. She stayed very calm even when she was busy.

The hotel charged a tray fee for room service, but employees kept telling me to visit the bar.

I really enjoyed a spacious room with the Beautiful King Room. The bed provide a very comfortable sleep and the blackout curtains kept the room dark. A buffet breakfast offered omelets and many choices. Staff members are efficient and so friendly.

I faced a slight inconvenience with the rooftop area because an external party occupied it.

the location was convenient it had easy access to public transport. the room was modern it had all necessary amenities. the staff was helpful they provided quick assistance.

the rooftop bar was closed for a private event that limited access. my room still had leftover takeout containers i requested housekeeping but they did not arrive. the pillows were not comfortable that impacted sleep quality.
